The Biltwell Event Center is a located in a historic industrial building that was thoroughly renovated in 2014 to be a modern event space. Still retaining a rustic, industrial character with exposed brick, timber framing, and original hardwood floors, this venue has a ton of character that many couple will love. Additionally, it has one of the few rooftop patios in Indianapolis
The Biltwell has a two spaces available for rent for weddings. The larger option, which pairs their Gallery 1922, Grand Hall, and Rooftop Patio spaces together is on the north side of the building, and the Dock, Deck and Overlook Room is on the south side. The larger package seats 150 to 600 people, making it one of the larger venues in Indianapolis. The smaller set seats less than 150 people.
Wedding Cost at the Biltwell
The Biltwell is one of the higher end reception halls in Indianapolis. Peak season Saturdays for the Gallery 1922, Grand Hall, and Rooftop Patio run $5,000 for a six hour event, and the Dock, Deck and Overlook Room is $2,500 on peak season Saturdays. Adding an on-site wedding ceremony will add $500.
Catering is provided in-house, and certain minimum spends must be met. On Saturdays, the Gallery 1922, Grand Hall, and Rooftop Patio has a minimum of $13,000 for catering.
Additional Features and Amenities
The Biltwell has bridal suites for the wedding party to prepare for on-site wedding ceremonies. Ample free parking is included. It’s easily accessible from downtown – only about a 5 minute drive away. Views from the Rooftop Patio and Overlook Room include the Indy skyline and White River.
